Parul is the recipient of the 2025 Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant and a Spring 2025 Fellow at the Mittal Institute at Harvard University. She was the grand winner of the 2023 Sovereign Asian Art Award and shortlisted for the 2019 Sher-Gil Sundaram Installation Art Award.


Her solo exhibitions include Nature Morte (2025, 2021) and Gallery Lakeeren (2014). Notable projects include When is Space? at Jawahar Kala Kendra (2018), Let’s Proceed in Parts at Instituto Cervantes (2016), Making Space at 1After320 (2016), and Sarai Reader 09 at Devi Art Foundation (2012). Her works are held in prominent collections including the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, Devi Art Foundation, Eight Foundation, Bank of New York, Payal and Anurag Khanna Collection, and Sovereign Asian Art Foundation.


Gupta’s work has been featured in Artforum, ArtAsiaPacific, STIR, MARG, FUKT, Art India, Arts Illustrated, Field Review: South Asia, and other leading publications. Most recently, her work appeared on the cover of an LP record by Christina Vantzou, John Also Bennett, and Michael Harrison, released by Séance Centre, Ontario.
